Ingredients:
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add butter and eggs; mix well. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. 2. Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. |
