This is from the book Sugar Cookie Murder by Joanne Fluke. A murder mystery and yummy recipes, what's not to like? :-) I haven't tried this yet, but I wanted to keep it on hand for later.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur

1/2 cup strawberry ice cream

Directions:

1. Use a blender to make these drinks.
2. Blend the ice cream and liqueur together until thoroughly blended.
3. Pour into a pretty glass and serve.
