Tasty!!! Ingredients:
125 g ground pork |
4 scallions |
1 cup shredded cabbage |
10 peeled shrimp |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
5 drops sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
wonton wrapper |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Finely chop scallions and shrimp. 2. Mix with cornstarch, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, minced pork and cabbage, making sure to mix well. 3. Place a teaspoon of the mixture into the center of each wrapper, pinch together at the top to form a small package. 4. Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown. 5. drain on absorbent paper. 6. Serve with soy sauce or any other dipping sauce that you like. |
