The Horn of the Moon by Ginny Callan Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons dried chives |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a blender combine 1/4 cup olive oil and the remaining ingredients. 2. Run the blender at low speed, lift lid and slowly pour in the remaining olive oil. 3. Return lid to blender and run at high speed for 1 minute. 4. This will thicken when refrigerated; allow to warm at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. |
