Dilly Lemon Dijon Dressing |

From Beyond Horn of the Moon. Try this on potatoes! Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill |
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley |
2 garlic cloves, peeled |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
3/4 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients except the oil in a blender or food processor. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Turn off the blender and pour in about 1/4 cup of the oil. 4. Turn the blender on, carefully lift the lid and pour in the remaining oil. |
