Dilly Chicken for the Crock Pot |

I use legs and thighs for this recipe but any chicken pieces will work. Delicious served over rice. Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs chicken pieces |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon dried dill weed |
3 -4 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Place chicken pieces in crock pot. Sprinkle salt, pepper, sugar, dill and garlic over the pieces. Pour lemon juice over spices. 2. Pour 2 cans of tomato sauce over chicken and spices. 3. Cook on low 6 1/2 - 7 hours. |
