Dilly Cheesy New Potatoes |

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Guzman Estate in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1989. Ingredients:
4 pounds new potatoes cooked and quartered |
5 stalks celery chopped fine |
1 bunch green onions finely chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup salad dressing |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing |
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 package bacon cooked and crumbled |
1/2 package fresh dill chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, celery and green onions in a large bowl tossing gently to combine. 2. Combine mayonnaise, salad dressing, vinegar and ranch dressing together until well combined. 3. Toss mayonnaise mixture into potato mixture and toss gently until potatoes are well coated. 4. Stir in cheese, bacon and dill then season with salt and pepper and serve while warm. |
