DILLY CHEESY GREEN BEANS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Parsons Estate in Kaufman, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
4 cups fresh cut green beans |
2 tablespoons chopped white onion |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed |
1/2 pound velveeta cheese cubed |
1/4 cup croutons |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Cook beans with onion and dill weed then drain. 3. Add cheese and mix lightly. 4. Place in 1 quart casserole then top with croutons and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. |
