DILLED SALMON SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Butler Estate in Irving, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
6 ounce can salmon without skin or bones drained |
6 ounces cream cheese at room temperature |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
4 ounces smoked salmon minced |
1-1/2 tablespoons minced fresh dill |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl flake salmon with fork then add cream cheese, lemon juice and horseradish. 2. Smash with fork and stir with spoon until combined. 3. Stir in smoked salmon and dill then stir to blend then serve with crackers. |
