Great low-fat dip for shrimp or veggies. Ingredients:
1 16oz carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese |
2 t. tarragon vinegar |
1 t. finely chopped green onions |
1 t. dried parsley flakes |
1/2 t. dried who dillweed |
1 t. skim milk |
dash of coarsely ground pepper |
fresh parsley sprigs (opt) |
Directions:
1. Place cottage cheese adn veingar in container of an electrick blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth. 2. Combine cottae cheese mixture, green onions, and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. 3. Transfer cheese mixture to a small serving dish with dippers. |
