Try this for a neat summer treat Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced thin |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, vinegar, water, salt and dill weed. Heat to boiling and pour over sliced cucumbers. 2. Chill 2 hours before serving. |
