Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons fresh dill leaves, chopped finely |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon chives, minced |
1 teaspoon lemon pepper |
2 cups cucumbers, pared, seeded & chopped |
1 cup yogurt, plain |
Directions:
1. Stir the mayonnaise, dill, garlic, chives and pepper together. 2. Add cucumbers. 3. Fold in the yogurt. Chill. 4. Makes 3 cup. |
