A great dip for entertaining. Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) can minced clams with juice (reserve juice) |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 tablespoon chives, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1 dash cayenne |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese with 4 tbsp reserve clam juice until very light. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste. 3. Chill several hours before serving. |
