If you like the flavor of dill, your going to really like this fresh tasting salad. I wanted to try something different for my family and tried this. It was a big success with no leftovers. Ingredients:
1 pkg. (16-oz.) spiral pasta, cooked and drained |
2 cups cubed/diced cooked chicken |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
1 pkg. (10-oz.) frozen peas, thawed |
dressing |
1 envelope (1-oz.) ranch salad dressing mix |
2 cups (16-oz.) sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup milk |
3 tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dill weed |
1/2 tsp. garlic salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. 2. Combine dressing ingredients; whisk until smooth. 3. Pour over salad; toss to coat. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. |
