Great side dish. (Originally from WeightWatchers) Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 (1 lb) bag baby carrots |
1 teaspoon dill |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. In a small sauce pan combine chicken broth, sugar and salt; bring to a boil. 2. Add carrots and cover; reducing heat to medium. 3. Simmer until carrots are tender. (Can easily poke with a fork). 4. Drain. Return carrots to pan and add the dill and butter. Toss until Butter melts. |
