Ingredients:
2 packages brussels sprouts, cooked and drained |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 small onion, minced |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine oil,lemon juice,onion dill,salt and pepper. 2. Pour over Brussels sprouts. 3. Cover and chill overnight. 4. Serve cold. |
