Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried whole dill weed |
1 lemon, sliced |
1 1/4 pounds uncooked medium shrimp |
dill marinade |
2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add shrimp; simmer 3 minutes or until pink. Drain; peel and devein shrimp. Pour Dill Marinade over shrimp; cover and refrigerate 24 hours. 2. Drain shrimp, discarding marinade. Secure each shrimp to a cucumber slice, using a wooden pick. |
