2 cups (about 3 ounces) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons dill seed |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place the bread in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss well with the dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes. |
