Tired of the same old meatloaf topping? Want to try something new and different? This is the recipe that you're looking for! :) Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
1/2 cup juice from dill pickles |
1/2 cup bread, crumbs soft |
1 egg |
salt (to taste) |
pepper (to taste) |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix together meatloaf ingredients and place into loaf pan. 2. Combine sauce ingredients and pour sauce over meatloaf. 3. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
