This is perfect for poached or grilled salmon. Let the sauce sit for at least an hour (over night is best) to allow the flavors to blend. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons cucumbers, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon dill, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon dried dill |
2 teaspoons chives, minced |
2 teaspoons green onions, minced |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
