This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Johnson Estate in Rockwall, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
8 red new potatoes |
2 cloves garlic minced fine |
1 stick butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
2 teaspoons crushed dill |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes well and boil until soft then drain well on paper towels. 2. Melt 1 stick butter in large frying pan then sauté garlic 2 minutes. 3. Add potatoes then remaining seasonings and pan fry potatoes until they are lightly browned. |
