Easy and quick side dish. You can wedge fresh red potatoes and cook a little longer. Ingredients:
1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated red potato wedges |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1tb olive oil |
2 tb grated parmesan cheese |
1 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dill weed |
Directions:
1. In large skillet,cook potato wedges,salt and pepper in oil over med. heat,for 10-15 mins or till golden brown,stirring occasionally. 2. Remove from heat;stir in cheese and dill. |
