Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard |
3 tablespoons white wine |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup chopped dill |
1/4 cup chopped chives |
chopped tarragon leaf (from 3 to 4 sprigs) |
salt |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix the mustard with the vinegar in a bowl. 2. Whisk in the olive oil, then stir in the dill, chives, and tarragon. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Add a little more vinegar or oil if you like. |
