Dill dressing used on salads at a local German restaurant. Ingredients:
2 cups dill pickles, roughly chopped |
1/4 cup dill pickle juice, or more to taste |
1/4 cup canola oil |
3 sprigs fresh dill |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Place the dill pickles, pickle juice, canola oil, fresh dill, and salt and pepper in a blender, and blend until smooth. |
