                    This cool, refreshing dip is great in the summer, and a fine way to use fresh garden cucumbers. Serve with crackers or chips. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened  |  
                                                2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and chopped  |  
                                                1 cup mayonnaise  |  
                                                1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in cucumbers, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, dill weed and hot pepper sauce.                              |
