Really simple recipe with very few ingredients, but the combination of butter, garlic and dill works really well. Ingredients:
2 tilapia fillets |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon dried dill |
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1tsp of garlic seasoning) |
Directions:
1. Over medium heat in a small sauce pan, melt butter. 2. Add garlic, simmer for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add dill, mix well, let cook another 2 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375F. 5. Rince tilapia under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel. 6. Place tilapia in a deep baking dish. 7. Pour dill butter mixture over filets. 8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. |
