My soon to be mother-in-law told me about this. It's great on toast and perfect for cooked carrots and potatoes. The addition of the oil makes it soft and spreadable. Ingredients:
1 pound butter, softened |
1 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons dried dill weed |
Directions:
1. Place butter, oil, and dill in a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended. Store covered in the refrigerator. |
