Fresh tasting salmon with a tangy citrus glaze. From Core Performance. salmon fillets, lite mayonnaise, lemon juice (one lemon), fresh dill, salt and pepper, cooking spray cvt
Ingredients:
12 oz salmon fillets
3 tbsp lite mayonnaise
47 g lemon juice (one lemon)
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 cooking spray
Directions:
1. n a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash salmon and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Smear the mayonnaise mixture over the top of the salmon and along the sides if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes. The topping will start to brown a bit.
