Dill And Garlic Party Dip |

This is the first in a series of Yogurt based dips I will be concocting. All will be quick and easy. Now, these are meant to be dips for veggies, but if you use chips, cut any salt in the recipes in half. Ingredients:
1 cup of plain yogurt |
2 cloves of garlic (minced) |
2 tablespoons of fresh dill (if using dried, use only one tablespoon.) |
juice of half a lemon. |
salt to taste. |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. You can serve immediately or Chill for 1 hour. 3. Serve with fresh finger vegetables like baby carrots, Julienned Celery, Broccoli florets, etc. 4. Also works good as a dip for toasted pita bread. |
