Delicious used on poultry, lamb, or pork. Marinate chicken 1-2 hours. Marinate lamb or pork 2-6 hours. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 (2 ounce) envelope herb with garlic soup mix (lipton) |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary) |
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small glass bowl, whisk the ingredients together until well blended. 2. Use immediately or pour into an airtight container, cover tightly, and keep in the refrigerator up to 1 week. |
