A great quick side dish - this takes almost no time to get set up. Ingredients:
1/3 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 clove garlic |
1 teaspoon lemon pepper |
6 medium red potatoes, chunked |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except for potatoes. 2. Place the potatoes in a greased pan and toss with the mixture. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
