The George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine Cookbook Ingredients:
3 large baking potatoes |
4 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon parsley, finely minced |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Clean the potatoes and cut into 1/4 inch cubes. 2. Preheat the grill and spray with cooking spray. 3. Place the potatoes in the grill and lightly coat with the Dijon mustard. 4. Sprinkle with the green onions, parsley and pepper. Grill for 7-9 minutes or until tender. |
