Use as a glaze for ham or corned beef. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1/2 cup light brown sugar |
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup salad oil |
Directions:
1. In a 2 cup bowl or measure, combine Dijon and dry mustard, sugar, vinegar and oil and beat well. 2. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. 3. Spread on cooked ham or corned beef and microwave at 50% power for 5 to 10 minutes, or bake in preheated oven at 350F 15 to 20 minutes. |
