Jo Ann's homemade salad dressing is a delicious, creamy blend that's become a favorite of inn guests. Although it keeps well in the refrigerator, she doesn't have leftovers around for long! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1/4 cup honey |
1/8 teaspoon onion salt |
3/4 teaspoon cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic |
pinch of red pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 14 servings. |
