Mustard and garlic lend plenty of flavor to this dressing for salads. Ingredients:

2/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar |
2 tbs. minced fresh parsley |
2 tbs. dijon mustard |
1 tbs. equal or equivalent |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tsp. dried thyme |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
salad greens and vegetables of your choice |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve over salad. Refrigerate leftovers. 2. Serving size: 2 tablespoons 3.
