Dijon Grilled Swordfish

This is such a simple, 4 ingredient dish. You don't even have to turn the fish when grilling.
Ingredients:
8 (1/2 lb) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
5 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
1. Pat fish dry and brush with lemon juice.
2. Spread one side of fish with mustard and add a slice of butter.
3. Grill fish, marinade side up until just opaque-about 12-15 minutes.
4. Do not turn the fish.
