An easy and simple dressing that's also gluten-free. A little different with two types of vinegar- cider and white wine vinegar. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon caster sugar (more to taste if needed) |
1 small garlic clove, crushed |
1 pinch salt |
fresh ground black pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a glass jar with lid on. |
