Yummy and healthy Dijon Dill chicken Ingredients:
2 chicken breast |
2 tbs dijon mustard |
2 tbs nonfat plain yogurt |
2 tsp dill |
1 tsp garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Coat the chicken in the sauce, and place on aluminum foil. Fold the foil into packets and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Unfold the packets and then, put under the broiler for 3-4 minutes to brown. |
