                    Simple, easy, and delicious. Works with haddock and tilapia as well. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets, patted dry  |  
                                                1 tablespoon butter, melted  |  
                                                1/2 cup light mayonnaise  |  
                                                1/4 cup dijon mustard  |  
                                                2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon garlic powder  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Lightly grease or spray a 13x9-inch baking dish. 3. Place flounder baking dish. 4. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spread evenly over fish fillets.
