Dijon Baked Flounder

Simple, easy, and delicious. Works with haddock and tilapia as well.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets, patted dry
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Lightly grease or spray a 13x9-inch baking dish.
3. Place flounder baking dish.
4. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spread evenly over fish fillets. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
