I think this is pretty good, i had one friend tell me they thought it kinda tasted like a white castle burger. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 ounce dry onion soup mix |
1/2 cup pickle juice |
1 tablespoon flour (heaping) |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger, then drain. 2. Stir in flour and soup mix. 3. Add water and pickle juice. 4. Simmer until mixture thickens. 5. Remove from heat and serve with dill pickles on small buns. |
