This recipe was given to me by a friend at a quilting class. I have used this recipe more than the quilt I made. Just kidding! But it is very good and everyone loves it. Ingredients:
coleslaw mix (bag) |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1 bunch green onions, sliced |
1 package ramen noodles |
dressing |
ramen noodle seasoning package |
3 tbsp vinegar |
1/2 cup oil (sesame seed or other light) |
3 tbsp sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except noodles and toss with dressing. 2. Crumble Ramen noodles and mix just before serving. |
