This recipe was given to me by a friend at a quilting class. I have used this recipe more than the quilt I made. Just kidding! But it is very good and everyone loves it.
Ingredients:
coleslaw mix (bag)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 package ramen noodles
dressing
ramen noodle seasoning package
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup oil (sesame seed or other light)
3 tbsp sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except noodles and toss with dressing.
2. Crumble Ramen noodles and mix just before serving.
