A different kind of baked beans. You be the judge on prep time. Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger |
1 lb. can pork & beans |
1 pt. canned tomatoes |
1 c. chopped onions |
4 slices bacon |
brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger until brown, stir and add beans, tomatoes, cook until mixture bubbles. 2. Put a layer of beans mixture and a layer of onions; repeat this and place bacon on top, then sprinkle a little brown sugar on top of bacon. 3. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
