Fairly tasty for those on a diet Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package diet lemon gelatin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup hot water |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup flaked crabmeat or 1/2 cup shrimp |
1 tablespoon celery, chopped |
1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water. 2. Add vinegar and chill til slightly thick. 3. Add shrimp and vegetables. 4. Divide into moulds. Chill til firm. |
