Ingredients:
1/2 bag(s) baby carrots |
1-2 cube(s) beef bouillon |
1 head(s) cabbage |
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper |
1 bunch(es) celery |
1 teaspoon(s) cumin |
2 can(s) diced rotel mexican tomatoes |
1 bunch(es) green onions |
2 whole(s) green peppers |
1 package(s) lipton beefy onion soup mix |
1 container(s) mushrooms |
1 can(s) stewed tomatoes |
48+ ounce(s) v8 spicy juice |
Directions:
1. Slice green ionions, put in pot and start to saute with cooking spray. 2. Cut green peppers into bit size pieces and add. 3. Cut cabbage into bite size pieces and add. 4. Add 1/2 - 1 bag of baby carrots to pot. 5. Slice mushrooms and add to pot. 6. Add a little cumin and cayenne. 7. Add 1-2 cubes of bouillon. 8. Add V8 juice, you may add a little water as well. Season with salt & pepper to taste. |
