Quickie low-fat pasta salad Ingredients:
4 cups pasta |
4 eggs (boiled) |
1 cup peas (frozen) |
1 cup chicken (diced) |
4 tablespoons italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Use small pasta such as bowtie, penne or fussili. Boil the pasta according to package directions. Chop the boiled eggs into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in small bowl until mixed well. 2. You can substitue imitation crab for the chicken for a variation. I make the different parts of this in bulk and then just throw together what I want for a quick low-fat low-cal meal. |
