Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk or 2 cups soymilk
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, frozen
3 tablespoons sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix
2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (saccharin, aspartame or sucralose)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
