This recipe is for those who worry about fat content. Thankfully it is still very tasty. Use as a veggie dip. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise, low fat |
1/4 cup sour cream, no fat |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped |
1 tablespoon chives, fresh |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon tarragon, dried |
1 green onion, entire, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. mix well mayo, sour cream, and lemon juice. 2. add other ingredients and mix well. 3. refrigerate several hours to bring flavors together. |
