Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise, low fat
1/4 cup sour cream, no fat
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon chives, fresh
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon tarragon, dried
1 green onion, entire, chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. mix well mayo, sour cream, and lemon juice.
2. add other ingredients and mix well.
3. refrigerate several hours to bring flavors together.
