Being I am watching calorie, fat, carb and protein I am developing some of my own recipes. This happens to be the first one. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can diet cola |
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs |
1 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken then cut into bite size pieces. 2. Pour over cola and ketchup. 3. Let cook on stove top for about 30 minutes over medium. |
