Replace eggs, oil, and water with diet coke! Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix |
1 1/4 cup diet coke |
1/4 cup brewed coffee |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients very well
2. Line a cupcake/muffin tray with paper liners
3. Ladle the mix into the liners
4. Bake for abuot 17 minutes (go by what the box says)
5. For me, this makes 16 cupcakes, then I cut them in half for a serving
