1/2 cup water |
1 envelope unflavored gelatin |
250 g sugar free low fat vanilla yogurt |
39 g (2 sfff kraft pudding cups) sugar free fat free chocolate pudding |
2 large egg whites |
Directions:
1. Melt gelatin in water. 2. Cool slightly. (This is very important, otherwise the gelatin will solidify before it's mixed into the yogurt. lumpy gelatin in mousse = bad idea) 3. Combine yogurt and chocolate pudding. 4. Stir in gelatin mixture into the yogurt-pudding concoction. 5. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Stir 1/4 into the gelatin-yogurt-pudding mixture. Gently fold in remaining whites. Refrigerate until set. Feel free to top with fruit. |
